Why WE TURN?
Opdateret: 7. mar. 2018
Scientists say that we, humans, have created the climate mess we are in today. If our choices effect our Earth -together WE can TURN it around again!

Is your WHY similar to mine? That you believe that if we got ourselves into this climate mess - WE can also get ourselves out of it again?
If you do - please share my posts and don't hesitate to connect with me on how WE together can make a difference!
My reason for caring about the Planet's state is that I'm a mom, sister, friend and colleague and there are kids involved in many of these relations - and they deserve to live in a home (our Earth) that is abundant, lush and safe.
This Blog/Vlog is far from perfect, because I'm learning by doing and I believe that it is more important to connect with the WE that is active than not doing anything at all.
I want to place myself in a state of constant learning through diving into what professionals, scientists and others interested in and working with in the field of sustainability already know - both through researching what is already out there and through interviews.
I want to get a better grasp of what WE ALL need to do and what WE should prioritize in our lives to make this Planet a safe and luscious place for our kids and their friends to grow up in. Through my Blog/Vlog Uncut - I will write and vlog about daily choices and hacks that You and I can apply to become more sustainable in our actions and thoughts.
I choose to say we, because it is the sum of our human actions that has created what the scientists call the age of the Anthropocene. I first heard about the Anthropocene age at a conference in Copenhagen, when Katherine Richardson (professor at the Sustainability Science Centre in Copenhagen) introduced The Great Acceleration. Showing evidence that the Earth has entered a new geological epoch – proposed as the Anthropocene. An epoch where human behavior has become a force of nature that is the prime driver of change in the Earth System.
“..the Earth has entered a new geological epoch – proposed as the Anthropocene. An epoch where human behavior has become a force of nature that is the prime driver of change in the Earth System.”
This fact horrified me, but also gave me a sense of hope. Because if we created it - we must be able to turn it around again.
It is my hope that through creating this home page - I can connect with the WE that is already out there or that wishes to become a part of the WE.
